Care rooted in presence, authenticity, and connection.
With more than 20 years of experience in maternity care, bodywork, and holistic health, I offer families and individuals a unique blend of medical knowledge, natural healing traditions, and creative practices. My background is broad and diverse, but the heart of my work is simple: offering care that is practical, personal, and deeply human.
Below, you can explore the different roots of my experience — and see how they come together in the way I care for and guide people now.

By the time I was 17, I had lived in 17 countries. My parents are Mexican artists, and my mother carried her culture with her wherever we went. She also carried me — babywearing was simply part of our life — and brought me everywhere, allowing me to learn through experience rather than theory.
Growing up like this taught me that care looks different in every place and culture, and that there are countless ways to live, connect, and raise children. This nomadic and unconventional upbringing gave me an open, inclusive perspective that continues to shape my work today. It is also why I share practices like babywearing and cultural traditions of care with families in my work now.

For more than 10 years, until 2003, I worked professionally as a dancer in belly dance, flamenco, modern, and Mexican folk dance. Since 2001, tango has been one of my deepest practices, and in 2009 I discovered acroyoga, which brought new dimensions of trust, play, and partnership into my work.
Today, I actively teach at festivals and workshops, offering acroyoga, bodywork, tango-inspired practices, and belly dance as a way to connect with femininity. My focus is not on performance, but on using movement as a path to connection, presence, and self-expression.
By weaving together body awareness, touch, and communication, I create spaces where participants can explore trust, creativity, and connection — whether through tango-inspired exercises, acroyoga flows, bodywork practices, or expressive dance. These experiences are playful and joyful, yet also profound and transformative. I continue to develop and teach workshops and courses that integrate movement, bodywork, and coaching, bringing creativity into connection.

Healing has been part of my family for generations. My father’s grandmother was the village healer, and in the women’s lineage I grew up with, caring for common ailments through plants, warmth, massage, and food was simply part of daily life. My mother also carried a deep curiosity for health and natural remedies, and together they shaped the way I see care: as something natural, practical, and close to home.
This early influence grew into a lifelong fascination with anatomy and physiology. Over the years I studied nutrition in many forms — from Ayurveda and macrobiotics to raw food approaches, the work of Weston Price, and the teachings of Frank Suárez. Each tradition added something valuable to my understanding of how food supports balance and vitality.
Bodywork became another constant thread. From an early age, touch came naturally to me, and later I trained in lymphatic drainage, cupping, oil massage, foot reflexology, Thai yoga massage, and yoni massage. In 2007, I also spent several months living and learning with Doña Irene, a traditional healer and midwife in Mexico, which deepened my practice even further.
For me, bodywork is not just about technique. Combined with presence, intuition, and awareness, it becomes a way of creating grounding, release, and deeper connection. Today, I share this through massage sessions, postpartum care, and workshops where natural medicine and bodywork meet practical, everyday needs

In 2010, I studied permaculture and learned to see nature as a web of living systems — interconnected, sustainable, and full of rhythm. What inspired me most was how these same principles also apply to people. Just like a garden, we flourish when our needs are recognized, when there is balance, and when we move with natural rhythms rather than against them.
This perspective shapes both my care and my coaching. In caring for families, I look not only at the immediate need but also at the bigger picture of how everything is connected — body, mind, relationships, and environment. And in coaching, I guide people in noticing their own inner patterns: where energy flows, where it gets blocked, and how they can realign with what feels natural and sustainable.
By honoring these rhythms, people often discover more clarity, confidence, and connection — in their daily lives as well as in moments of transition. This approach is woven into my coaching and workshops, helping people find natural, sustainable ways of living and relating.

For more than 20 years, I have been walking alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and the first weeks of parenthood. My path began with a deep curiosity about birth and a wish to prepare myself well for motherhood. As a mother of two (now 22 and 19), I experienced firsthand the importance of informed choices and supportive care. Over time, this personal experience grew into a broader learning journey — from childbirth education and doula work, to breastfeeding support and parenting guidance.
In 2018, I completed the Verzorgende IG training, which gave me the formal certification to work within the Dutch healthcare system. While the study provided a solid medical framework, most of my knowledge and skills had already been developed through years of self-study, practice, and working directly with families. In many ways, this work was not something I chose deliberately — it came to me, piece by piece, through life itself and through the families who inspired me to grow alongside them.
What makes my approach a little different is the way these strands come together. I have long been involved in breastfeeding support (including my years with La Leche League since 2003), I was one of the first babywearing teachers in the Netherlands, and I continue to guide parents in the early stages of feeding, sleep, and family dynamics.
This blend of medical training, practical knowledge, and lived experience allows me to offer care that is both professional and personal. Families come to me not only for kraamzorg, but also for guidance with breastfeeding, babywearing, and parenting challenges where calm, clear support makes a difference.

Since 2009, I have practiced Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and it has become one of the cornerstones of my work. Over the years, I expanded into mediation and coaching, supporting individuals, couples, and families in expressing themselves more clearly, resolving conflict with care, and reconnecting with their needs and values.
For me, communication begins with deep listening. When we listen closely — to ourselves and to each other — we can uncover what is truly important, and from there, make choices that feel authentic and aligned. This is the essence of my coaching: helping people find their own clarity and truth, rather than giving them ready-made answers.
Communication is woven into everything I do. Whether in kraamzorg, parenting support, or movement workshops, I create spaces where honesty, empathy, and safety allow real connection to grow. In this way, people not only learn to communicate differently, but also to relate more deeply to themselves and those around them. I offer one-on-one coaching, couple sessions, and group workshops that bring these practices into daily life.

In 2023, I became a certified natural skincare formulator, specializing in skin health for both adults and babies. In my workshops and courses, I teach people how to understand what the skin really needs, how to choose safe ingredients, and how to make high-quality products at home.
Much like preparing a healthy meal, making your own skincare is practical, nourishing, and empowering. It gives you the freedom to care for yourself and your family in a way that is natural, safe, and truly your own. I currently offer workshops, courses, and custom guidance in natural skincare.
